Our Policy

We’re proud to deliver high quality product to all of our online customers. That said, if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it and get a refund. Simply send us an email within 30 days of your purchase.

We’ll contact you to discuss the refund and issue a refund, exchange or return authorisation number if appropriate.

If a product is to be exchanged, the exchanged product will be issued and re-sent to you via Standard Mail – 4-10 Day delivery excluding warehouse processing and packaging time (approximately 24 hours). Unfortunately, our finance team won’t allow us to accept an exchange or accept a return over 30 days after purchase.

Damaged Goods

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment and will include shipping costs for any goods deemed defective.
